Introducing "Sweaty Betty", the name given to this, their, dear friend by construction workers on Laurence Harbor Beach in New Jersey. Who are your friends?

This truck carried all kinds of things to help them while they worked. The workers also kept their lunch boxes on it and ate there.

Questions to think, talk, or write about:

1. What kind of truck is this? What kinds of things does this type of truck usually do?

2. Do you see the face that I see? Where is it? You may print the photograph and outline what you see on it.

3. How old do you think Sweaty Betty is?

4. Who in your life is the same age?

5. What things do you love in that person?
